We are not getting any younger. We are aging. Constantly. Irrevocably. Unequivocally. No matter how much we exercise, eat healthy, use the best skin products, or even resort to plastic surgery, we are aging.
As a 66-year-old woman, I believe that the best way to face old age is to live fully in the present moment.
When I dance, my mind stops racing between the past and the future. I feel the energy move through my body in waves of pleasure. My whole being comes alive, each breath a prayer, each movement an expression of my devotion.
Through dance, I connect fully with the source of all life. And it nurtures me, it feeds something deep within my soul that makes me feel ageless, childlike, open, and innocent, again and again.
